School Governing Body

Members of the Governing Body take a full and active role in the school. They work very closely with the Headteacher and senior staff in a positive and highly effective partnership.

Alloysius Frederick – Chair

Alloysius has extensive experience as a chair of governors, including on Interim Executive Boards, helping to manage schools to become Good. In 2016 he was asked to Chair the IEB of a school in Brent after they was given a notice to improve and the Governing Body removed. Alloysius Chaired the IEB that managed and led the School out of the formal notice to its current position of a school that is now considered Good by OFSTED in March 2016.

Alloysius has been a National Leader of Governance since 2014 and enjoys bringing about whole school improvement through effective and proactive leadership.

Joanna Wagstaffe – Vice Chair

Joanna has extensive experience as a chair of governors, including helping to lead schools to become Good and Outstanding. Joanna is Academic Registrar at a university, which means that she lives and breathes standards and quality assurance in education.

Graham Young

Graham is a CIPFA qualified accountant with over ten years of experience working in finance related roles within the education sector, supporting schools in three different local authorities. Since January 2015 Graham has been the Lead Finance Business Partner for schools in Hillingdon.

Sue Pryor

Sue has a National Professional Qualification for Headship. She is an experienced Headteacher of an Outstanding local school. Sue is a lead Ofsted Inspector and has been a National Leader of Education since 2015. Sue brings a wealth of learning and teaching experience to the governing body.
